Role Chart of HARIT PRAYAS Project Staff

The role chart was developed in the previous month. The role played by each staffs in accomplishment of planned activities are as following:

·         Project manager: Played the role of overall coordination and propelling the activities. E.g. fixing the target for the month, solving the problems of bank account opening of Farmers’ club by directly meeting with Bank Managers, Taking stock of ground reality of Dagaria village and assisting the cluster coordinator solving problems related with Mahila Mandal, frequent communication with Caritas India, reporting and documentation of the GJ celebration and MNREGA Training. Actively participation in Sanjha samvad discussions.

·         Field coordinator: The Field Coordinator played the role of coordination between the village level and the district level activities. Finalisation of farmers club, solving the issue of Mahila Mandals and opening up the bank account of farmers club was his main role during the reporting month. He also played the role of resource person, along with the project manager, in MNREGA Training. Role of the field coordinator is to assist cluster coordinators in solving village level issues, and as per individual monthly progress report of cluster coordinators it is found that the F.C played this role.

·         Cluster Coordinator: The cluster coordinator played their role at village level. All the activities performed at village level were performed by them with lot of hard work. The cluster coordinators have to play the role of catalyst for community members, as they are in regular touch with them. They played the role of facilitator for Farmers’ club and MM/SHGs in conducting their monthly meeting. They prepared the ground by mobilizing community members successfully for MNREGA training.
