The rating scale was implemented on 3 MMs and 3FCs, and the results were not that disappointing.
s.no | CBO name | Structure | Months Old | Village | Responsible cluster coordinator | Rating |
1 | Pooja | MM | 2months | Dovi | Hari singh | Weak |
2 | Hariyali | FC | 3months | Weak
3 | Radha | MM | 7months | Samnapur kalam | Raja patel | Moderate |
4 | Sangham | FC | 6months | Moderate
5 | MM | 6months | Semra | Rajendre Thakur | Moderate
6 | Mahadev | FC | 7months | Moderate |
One of the major innovations that we found was that the tool needed some more rating points that were introduced by the CBO members themselves after the implementation on a trial basis. We also introduced a new idea which was on the implementation strategy of the monitoring tool; the cluster coordinators decided to do a cross checking of their responsible fields related CBOs by the other cluster coordinator and henceforth they have learned to know each other’s works and learn from each other, instead of evaluating their own CBOs. Furthermore, it has also motivated the CBOs to know how much importance they hold in the Harit Prayas records and learn more after evaluating self achievements and enhance their capacities to be evaluated more highly in days to come.
The tool is planned to be experimented every quarterly on all the CBOs that are 6-7 months old.
This tool will continue to evaluate the CBO that are formed under the Harit Prayas Pariyojna to be authentic and qualitative.
Thanks once again to the learning cycle meet
