Training on Land Management, pest management and organic farming was held on 12 october 2011 at Gram Panchayat Bhawan of Jaanghat

·        Seed teting

·        Ideal farm

·        Pest management and pest control

·        Imprtance of organic farming in sustainable agriculture

Outcome of training:

 The farmers shows their interest in discerning  the solution of various issues related to their farming and to enhance their farming skills. 19/ 34 are already practising organic farming in their lands. They have putted their problems and accordingly their solutions have been drawn from their own practices & their forefathers experiences. Later they were asked to draw the picture of IDEAL FARM and they put forward a farm with its basic needs.

As an outcome of the training they all got aware about proper land preparation method and also assured to say no to the chemical fertilizers and accept the organic mannure and pesticides inorder to increase the fertility of land with reduced cost.
