Visit plan of Caritas India Project Officer by JCSS-HARIT PRAYAS team ( 23rd-25th Feb 2012)

As per the schedule of visit by Mr. Vinod Pandey sir to Jhansi, we have planned that on 24th we will go to the project area villages and next day, i.e on 25th the team members of Harit Prayas will come to office for discussion on Job description and feed back for improvement implementation of the project, in its word and spirit.

The list of villages and concerned activity in the village is as following- (24-02-2012)

1. Pathari      - Meeting with Farmers' club members

                    - Visiting demo plot on organic farming where farmers will share their experience with organic farming, as facilitated by Harit Prayas project.

                    - Meeting with few MNREGA workers

2. Chamraua  - Visiting Demo Plot on Organic Farming and meeting with Farmers named Gudda and Madhav

                    - V.I.C Visit

3. Matth        - Demo plot visit of Asharam on organic farming

                    - Meeting with MNREGA workers

On 25-02-2012, 2nd day, all staffs of JCSS - Harit Prayas will be at office at sharp 9.00 AM.

The cluster coordinators of the concerned villages have been communicated about the schedule and their opinion has also been sought for this.
