“ROLE CLARITY & ENHANCING CAPCITY OF PROJECT STAFF’@Sagar (16th feb 2012)

Through various interactions and recently in the LEARNING CYCLE MEET it’s good to observe the interest of HARIT PRAYAS project staff for the cause and commitment towards bringing change. Now we have entered in to the 2^nd year of HARIT PRAYAS project and some where we need to sharpen our skills and redesign our Job to per form better. In concern with the same we have plan to organize workshop on “ROLE CLARITY & ENHANCING CAPCITY OF PROJECT STAFF’. The workshop would be organized during my field visits to the HARIT PRAYAS project partners.

Objectives of the workshop

• To review the JD, clearly identify the indicators for performance and set the target on individual basis for the year.
• To enhance the capacities of the staff of on their particular roles & responsibilities.  

Methodology to be used

• Discussion on current JD along with the 2^nd year plan and 1st year achievement
• Group exercise
• Role play

Expected outcome

• HARIT PRAYAS staff has developed clarity on their roles and responsibilities staff for the better implementation of HARIT PRAYAS & and contribute to the organization, community and for the self.
