In the heavy rainy months
also the team members of Harit Prayas has put their maximum effort to
accomplish the activities planned during the 3 months. The major achievements are
vaccination 0f animal husbandry-424 Buffalos
and Cows have been vaccinated with help of Animal Husbandry Department, demonstration of 08 units of Vermin Compost Pit and
additional is in the process where the target was only 08, demonstration of
fodder by 34 farmers in 10 villages and plantation of 350 horticulture plants
by 167 farmers, placement of 15 youth for skill training, Block Level meeting
with BDO resulted in benefit to 5 people – beneficiaries of Mahamaya Awas Yojna got their due
amount of 37000/- Rs. each. Organized camp on organic farming in different
villages of Babina block.Newsletters
were distributed at VIC and in all covering villages. 1 SHG & 1 FC are formed. In the month of September Vinod
Pandey, Project officer, Caritas India had a visit of block level villages
& activity in babina block at JCSS, Jhansi.and the most importantly first
time in bundelkhand region social audit is done by benefiaries of any prroject.
